Every year at Spillman marketing had a major ad campaign amongst the smaller ones we ran throughout the year. Due to a fairly lackluster numbers from the previous campaign we were striving to do something that resonated better with customers, while also being entertaining. After countless brainstorming sessions and team meetings we came up with the idea of still evolving. We wanted to highlight the fact that some of our competitors' software feels like it was made thirty years ago, while also show our commitment to improve and innovate. We decided on two major avenues targeting dispatchers and CAD operators. With that in mind we were able to make scripts, work with a production company, while making internal banners, social posts, web and print ads. Our customers enjoyed the humor, and we had good engagement and traction making it one of the most successful campaigns to date.
