Motorola Solutions - Summit 2018
The first year of our acquisition our design and events team got tasked with making our annual software user conference branded as Motorola Solutions. This was a particularly unique and challenging task since we were not only new to the brand, but had some uneasiness with our customers wanting to keep the smaller company Spillman feel. In addition to those we were obligated to use Motorola’s partnered systems to create the website, app, and create the signage. Knowing the challenge we were able to come together and make a quarterly action plan to spread out the insane amount of collateral throughout the year rather than cramming it into the two months before the conference. Working closely with the events team we were able to create a fantastic experience for customers, and employees.
